 About 45 years of experience and expertise in various professional areas as a Senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. At the start of Career worked with M/S. Ruby Rubber Works Ltd, a company assisted by Government of India under the Sick Units Rehabilitation Programme and later with M/S. Nair Service Society (NSS) in Kerala, a Socio Economic Service organization having more than 300 Schools, 30 Professional Colleges, Estates and Hospitals as Chief Accounts Officer.

Later switched over to Independent Professional Practice  handling Taxation,  Company Audits, Internal Audits, Audits of Banking Companies and Consultancy.

As a Professional Management Consultant travelled to South Korea, Japan, Singapore,  Malaysia, UAE and Vietnam with Clients on Official work.

Active Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Ex Secretary of the Cochin Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Ex Chairman of the Cochin Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

 Post-Graduated in Business Management from College of Communications and Management, New Delhi, India; Hotel Management from JP Hotels, New Delhi, India and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certification from Amstrad Institute, Chicago, USA. 

After 9 years of tenure in Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India branched off to Hotel Industry and then to Multi-national Companies based out of Germany, UK, Moscow, USA, Middle East and South Africa heading their Profit Centers.

Countries visited include Russia, USA, South Africa, Malaysia, Afghanistan, Qatar, Maldives etc.

Executive Director – International Operations, a General Trading Company, a dynamic and well diversified Group, focuses on cores areas like High-end Technical Services, IT & Software Development, Project Management & Consultancy, International Trading, Finance Syndication, Joint Ventures, Feasibility Study, and SWOT Analysis for Projects, Solar Energies, Education and excelling in all endeavors of such activities. 

Former Director, Makers Multimedia (P) Limited, an Organization engaged in Event Management and producing Advertising Films for clients based out of United Kingdom and USA. 

Former Managing Director, Daroga Group (New Orleans) USA. Responsible for their Profit Centre in North India.  Daroga Group had 25 odd Affiliate Offices, all over the World. 

Former Secretary General, Global Confederation of Pravasi Malayalees (GCPM), an NGO dedicated for the welfare and betterment of Pravasi Malayalees settled down abroad.

Advisory Board Chair Member, US ASIA Business Forum (USABF) - a platform by the leaders of the 47 Asian Communities in USA and Asia with an objective of promoting trade, commerce, investments and joint ventures between the 2 great continents through Seminars, Conferences, Trade and Investment Fairs on various segments of the industries and provide impetus to Micro and Macro rural and heavy industries.  USGBF organizes “US ASIA EXPO” at the prestigious Los Angeles Convention Center during September annually.
